1. Use ResumeDuo lawfully and truthfully
You may use ResumeDuo to analyze job descriptions and improve truthful resumes that you are authorized to submit. You are responsible for reviewing every output and ensuring that it accurately reflects the candidate’s real qualifications and experience.
2. Fraud, deception, and impersonation are prohibited
You must not use ResumeDuo to:
- Invent or misrepresent employment, education, projects, dates, skills, licenses, certifications, achievements, compensation, references, or performance metrics.
- Impersonate another person, create deceptive identities, commit application or employment fraud, or mislead an employer or recruiter.
- Generate forged documents, counterfeit credentials, fabricated references, or other evidence intended to support a false claim.
3. NSFW, sexual, and harmful content is prohibited
ResumeDuo may not be used to create, transform, request, upload, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or otherwise NSFW content. Content involving sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
You also may not use the service for hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, self-harm-promoting, abusive, or discriminatory content; malware or malicious code; instructions that facilitate wrongdoing; or content that unlawfully promotes controlled substances, weapons, gambling, or other regulated or illegal activity.
4. Privacy and third-party rights
You must not:
- Upload confidential, sensitive, or personal information unless you have the right and appropriate permission to process it.
- Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, employment, anti-discrimination, or other legal rights.
- Submit malware, unlawfully obtained data, copyrighted material without authorization, or content that enables stalking, surveillance, doxxing, or identity theft.
5. Platform abuse is prohibited
You may not disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or bypass ResumeDuo; evade security, payment, authentication, moderation, or usage limits; automate abusive requests; resell unauthorized access; or use generated content as spam or deceptive mass outreach.
6. Prohibited commercial uses
ResumeDuo may not be used to facilitate prohibited or high-risk businesses, including pornography or sexual services, dating or AI companion services, counterfeit goods, spyware, illegal file sharing, gambling, lending or banking services, trade execution, cryptocurrency or NFT schemes, multi-level marketing, engagement manipulation, or other unlawful or deceptive products and services.
7. Enforcement and reporting
We may block content, limit features, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, comply with law, or prevent harm. If you believe the service is being abused, contact support@resumeduo.com.
