1. The service
ResumeDuo helps users analyze job descriptions, tailor resumes, compare AI-generated versions, and produce a combined draft. Free and paid features may differ. Paid Dual Expert Compare products are one-time purchases for a single generation run unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity under your credentials.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other material you submit. You grant ResumeDuo a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
4. AI output and user responsibility
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. ResumeDuo does not guarantee interviews, employment, ATS acceptance, or any particular outcome. You must review every result before use and confirm that all claims, dates, skills, metrics, qualifications, and experience are truthful. Do not submit fabricated or misleading information to an employer.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; submit malware or unlawfully obtained personal data; impersonate others; fabricate or misrepresent credentials; probe or disrupt our systems; evade usage limits; resell access without permission; or automate abusive requests.
ResumeDuo expressly prohibits pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, and other NSFW content, as well as hateful, violent, harassing, illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content. We may block content or suspend access when needed to protect users, providers, and the service.
6. Payments, delivery, and refunds
Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Taxes may be calculated by our merchant-of-record payment provider. Paid digital services are delivered to your account after confirmed payment. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
ResumeDuo, its software, branding, interface, and service content are owned by ResumeDuo or its licensors. Except for your content and permitted use of generated output, these terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you.
8. Availability and termination
We may change or discontinue features, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for material violations, fraud, abuse, or legal and security reasons.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where lawful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeDuo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid ResumeDuo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
